Older versions

Version 6.8.0.0 (August 2019)

The August release will be deployed the 27th of August.

Examples of new features includes:

  • Warehouses movements can now be auto replenished making it possible to have auto replenishment set up for warehouse movements. This means we can automatically receive warehouse movements from one warehouse to another.
  • Add percentage discount directly in the Order Booking,  making it  possible to set a percentage discount per order row in the new order booking process. This is done by adding a percentage sign (%) at the end when adding the discount.
  • New search function/page,  in the Extend Commerce Warehouse Mobile where you can search for orders in the system. On this page, we have added a search function where you can search for OrderID/PickingID, order number, customer name, sending number, colli number or ID on the packaging. There is no limitations of the result, all historic orders with any status will show up. If you, for example, would search for a customer name, all orders for that customer will be shown in the result.
  • New pages get a fresh, new look, implementation of new UI which will be featured on all new future pages in Extend Commerce. In this UI you will be able to use an indexed search applied directly to the table and/or an advanced search for tables where you may want to narrow down you search based on multiple filters.

  • Version 6.6.0.0 (June 2019)

    The June release will be deployed the 24th of June

    Examples of new features includes:

    • Improved “Order Search” with more search fields and added the option to choose which column to appear in the search result table.

    • Possibility to submit an order and select the option “on hold” in the interface. This means that you can wait to send the backorder to the next delivery.

    • It is now possible to set up your own choice of printer connected to users in Extend Commerce Warehouse.

Version 6.5.0.0 (May 2019)

The May release will be deployed the 3rd of June

Examples of new features includes:

  • Extend Warehouse System is updated with feature that makes it possible to keep track on in which packages each row is packed in. This is then used in the transport booking, so that we can print GS1 pallet labels, packing notes for each transport colli, and also detailed packing notes for each box within the transport colli.
  • There is now support for communicating the image URL to Extend Warehouse. It provides the opportunity for image display of externally stored images via link.
  • Extend has improved the function for calculation the suggested quantity to purchase for the replenishment model called “order purchase Indication”.
  • Extend e-Learning is now available in both Swedish and English.

Version 6.4.0.0 (April 2019)

The April release will be deployed the 2nd of May

Examples of new features includes:

  • Upload support for variant products are now available. The transfer function allows a user to create variants via upload by first uploading all products through product upload and then connecting variants to the base product via this product variant upload.
    Integration to Minuba, an external system for work order management.
  • We have made a graph change on the purchasing view. Consumption is now divided into different types of transactions.
  • Detailed logging of activties that a user performs in the warehouse application.

Version 6.3.0.0 (March 2019)

The March release will be deployed the 27th and 28th of March

Examples of new features includes:

  • Support for defining door code and shipping mark predefined on customer in Backend as well as in Create order in Backend, enabling a more streamlined process.
  • Now possible to book products without balance on a warehouse transfer order enabling to perform movements in advance.
  • Improvements in the Fortnox integration including, improved data cleaning in the API connection to Fortnox, now deleting blank space in article no. And now also transfer of payment terms to Fortnox.

Version 6.2.0.0 (February 2019)

The February release will be deployed the 27th of February

Examples of new features includes:

  • Distribution of invoices via Fortnox Finans is fully supported and integrated with Extend. As of version 6.2, it is now possible to define an external system as the sender/distributor of the invoice.
  • Automatic matching between the Extend purchase order and the supplier invoice in Fortnox.
  • Connecting products to product categories is now supported via upload functionality. Already existing categories can now be connected to existing products, making it easy to add products to the menu structure in the webshop application

Version 6.1.0.0 (January 2019)

The January release will be deployed the 30th of January
Example of features that are included:

  • Solution in webshop to purchase all products in a collection in one page, named mega matrix view.
  • Support for sending email when a product has automatically received more balance.
  • Improved overview of purchases / deliveries through a new column showing the purchase price for future deliveries to the warehouse.

Version 5.10.0.0 (October 2018)

The October release will be deployed the 24th of October.
Examples of new features included:

  • Improved allocation of customer orders to stock balance, which now includes purchases not yet to been received at the warehouse.
  • Improved functionality for faster sync of orders between Shopify and Extend
  • Three new Inventory turnover reports grouped by Product, Supplier and Product Category
  • Implementing possibility to save search filters. Now available on “Search order” and “Search receivings”

Version 5.9.0.0 (September 2018)

The sixth release of 2018 deployed 26th of September. Examples of new features included:

  • New functionality supporting return order synchronization in the API connections to external WMS application, Ongoing Warehouse
  • Several improvements in the Extend webshop incl. keeping your chart active when leaving the shop and possibility to use mega menu in header.
  • The release also includes several major improvements in the WMS feature.

The third release of 2018 deployed 21st of March. Examples of new features included:

  • The possibility to identify product and sales units via the GTIN number in the standard Extend Customer Order XML integration.
  • New feature named Master Data Status which makes it possible for a client to define what master data that is required for a product to be complete.

The Second release of 2018 deployed 26th of February. Example of new feature in addition to some minor corrections is that you now can save an order, as draft ongoing, and continue and finalize the order the next time you log in.

The first release of 2018 deployed 29th of January.  Main features in addition to some minor corrections are focused on functionality in the supplier and purchase handling where now:
– A product’s connection to a supplier agreement can be activated and inactivated via checkbox setting.
–  Possibility to make purchase orders to warehouse with quantities expressed in product unit, packaging unit or purchase unit.

Enhancements to the Posting Rules. Extension of Integration Channels to External Ecommerce and Financial Systems, such as Magento, WooCommerce and Fortnox. Extended Logon Information In Payment Transactions. Linked Analysis Data Documents In Order and purchase. The delivery slip can be removed by the supplier and the goods are delivered by direct delivery (Dropship). Supplier can be notified via e-mail with direct link to the purchase order for increased exchange of information. Increased automation of contacts in case of business events in connection with quotation that leads to purchase.
