Can I start with Strat package and upgrade?

-Yes, in the Extend, we can easily add functionality when you need it

Do I need to install any software when I buy Extend?

No, Extend is a cloud service that you purchase as a service. Extend commits, through SLAs, that the platform will be available without interruption.

What is included in the initial cost?

-What is included in the initial cost is a cost to access the application and intial user training. How much training that is included will vary for the various packages.

What support is included?

Technical support is always free of charga ie, if the system is not functioning as it should be technically. When is comes to support in how to work with the functions there is always a “pool” of hours included which will vary depending package selected and modules used. At any point in time you can, however, purchase additional support packages or pay on a “need to used” basis when the need exists..

Can I add integrations?

-Yes, integrations, both internal systems as external business systems or connectors to suppliers/customers can be done on an ongoing basis. It is very common that larger accounts has multiple EDI connections towards it customers and suppliers.

How much does it cost if I want both Pro modules?

-Our prices are structured in a way that you pay for each module. If you get started with “Start” and then buy into the Multi Channel Sales – Pro the addintional cost will be 4 500 SEK. If I also want Supply & Order management – Pro an additionally 4 500 SEK will be charged i.e. total cost of SEK 3 500 + 4 500 SEK + 4 500 SEK = 12 500 SEK/month

Are there any additional fees to be expected when starting out with Extend?

-It varies but most customers buy opt implementation support and/or strategic advice on the processes. The cost for this vary from case to case depending on the customer’s current knowledge, the complexity of the arrangement, etc.

How long is the contract?

-Contract duration varies. Extend does not lock in customers by long term contracts but awards discount on contract that are written with a minimum of two years.
